The Fit After 40 Group Program is designed specifically for people who want to regain strength, vitality, and confidence while embracing healthy, active ageing. It offers a clear, evidence-based roadmap to help you look, feel, and perform at your best — all within a supportive small group of like-minded individuals.

The Fit After 40 Group Program is an 8-week lifestyle transformation journey tailored to the real needs of adults over 40.
It combines live group sessions, expert coaching, and practical strategies to help you reset your habits, optimise your nutrition, and build a sustainable approach to movement, recovery, and wellbeing.
You’ll be supported by two qualified Health Coaches and a small, close-knit group (maximum eight participants) who share similar goals and challenges. Together, you’ll learn how to:
- Rebuild physical strength and endurance safely
- Support metabolism and hormonal balance through nutrition
- Improve recovery, sleep quality, and mental clarity
- Integrate health habits into a busy lifestyle without restriction or overwhelm
This is not a bootcamp or quick fix — it’s a guided, evidence-based lifestyle reset for those who want to age strong, capable, and energised.
How It Works
Step 1
Complete your
health & lifestyle questionnaire
Before we begin, you’ll receive an in-depth questionnaire designed to capture a complete picture of your current lifestyle: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and recovery habits. This helps us understand your baseline and personalise your experience within the group.

Step 2
Private check-in call (15 minutes)
Next, you’ll have a short private video call with one of our Health Coaches. Together, we’ll clarify your individual goals, discuss your main challenges, and define what you want to achieve during the program. This ensures your experience is aligned with your needs and expectations before the group sessions begin.

Step 3
8-Week Small-Group Program
Join our supportive community of up to 6 participants and take part in 8 live weekly Zoom sessions guided by two Health Coaches. Each 60-minute session combines theory, practical advice, and real-time interaction to help you apply what you learn right away.
The sessions cover:
- Training and recovery after 40: how to exercise effectively without overtraining or injury.
- Integrating movement into busy lives: realistic ways to stay active even with a demanding schedule.
- Nutrition for 40+ metabolism: how to fuel your body for energy, hormonal balance, and body composition goals.
- Evidence-based myth-busting: separating facts from fads about carbs, protein, fat, hormones, and ageing.
You’ll also receive:
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for peer support, motivation, and accountability
- Weekly goals set-up and progress review to keep you on track and consistent
- Email support between sessions for additional guidance and feedback

Step 4
Private follow-up consultation (30 minutes)
After completing the group sessions, you’ll have a one-to-one video consultation to review your results, evaluate your progress, and create a strategy for continuing your journey. Together, we’ll discuss what worked best for you and what steps to take next.

Step 5
Personalised “Fit After 40” Guide
Within a few days after your final session, you’ll receive your Fit After 40 PDF Guide — a personalised summary of your journey, key insights, and practical recommendations. It includes clear steps to help you maintain your results and keep building strength, energy, and confidence long-term.
