It includes 1-to-1 coaching sessions with your dedicated Health Coach, scheduled at the frequency and pace that work best for you. Each session comes with written outcomes, short-term goals, and practical tasks that we define together — all aligned with your long-term vision.
Every step is carefully designed with your personal circumstances, daily routines, health background, mindset, and beliefs in mind. This ensures a realistic and sustainable strategy that truly fits your life.
You’ll learn practical techniques and evidence-based tools tailored to your needs — whether your aim is to lose weight, improve body composition, boost energy and wellbeing, or better manage an existing health condition and enhance your quality of life.

Free Pre-Work Consultation
Before we start, let’s get to know each other. We offer a complimentary 20-minute chat to understand your current situation and how exactly we can help you. During this call, we’ll discuss your main concerns, clarify your goals, and explore how we could work together toward them.
This consultation is completely free of charge and only requires a short questionnaire and 20 minutes of your time.

health & lifestyle questionnaire
Once we decide to work together, all necessary documents and consents will be clearly explained and signed. Then, it’s time to take a truly deep look into all the details and specifics of your situation.
We’ll start with an in-depth form that you will receive via email, to understand your current habits, health background, and goals.

Step 2
First consultation
(assessment & planning)
During our first 60-minute session, we’ll analyse your current lifestyle, challenges, and strengths. Together, we’ll identify what can be improved with minimum effort and maximum outcome, define your goals, and create a tailored plan with the right level of support and session frequency.

Step 3
Active Reset
(transformation phase)
Here, the real and exciting work begins. Whether it takes a few sessions or several months, you’re in control, and we’re here to guide and support you throughout your transformation. We’ll help you stay consistent, motivated, and confident on your journey.

Completion
& continued support
When you’re ready to continue independently, we’ll close with feedback, a progress review, and practical tools to help you maintain your results long-term.
