Complete your 
health & lifestyle questionnaire

Once you sign up, you’ll receive our in-depth form designed to capture the full picture of your current habits, nutrition, sleep, movement, and mindset. This helps us prepare a precise, personalised assessment before your consultation.

Step 2

Health Habits Audit & Consultation

Within three working days, we’ll review your answers and conduct a detailed health habits audit. You’ll then have a 30-minute online consultation with two Health Coaches. During the session, we’ll highlight your key strengths, identify limiting patterns, and explain which changes can bring the fastest, most visible results.

Step 3

Receive your personalised Quick Reset Guide

Within three working days after your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised PDF guide via email. It will include a summary of our findings, practical recommendations, and step-by-step tips to help you apply your new habits right away.
